The house is based over 4 floors.

Tower on top floor with its own roof terrace and small kitchen. Apple, Blueberry, Strawberry, Lemon and Lime are on the first floor. Grape is on the ground floor. Wendy House is a small wooden cabin in the garden slighty away from the main house. Limited space for campervans, NO TENTS.

Lemon, Lime and Wendy are not ensuite, however thats only going to be 5 other people you would share the use of 2 toilets and 3 showers.

WIFI (some rooms have limited converage due to thick walls) SMART TV, DVDS, books and games. Pool Table.

Large self catering kitchen.

Dining room, bar area, cook on the BBQ in outdoor kitchen. Late check in? no problem we will arrange to leave a key for you, you can drop bags if your room is not ready.

Please note : Stags and Hens and large groups always take the house exclusive, you will never be sharing with them!!!

The Orange House used as a private villa during the summer months really takes some beating on so many levels.

Firstly the rooms allow flexibilty, so a double room one minute and then a quad to allow children to share with mum and dad.

The house is so private that you can make as much noise as you like and you will not disturb anyone. That also means you have no neighbours to make a noise so you can have peace and quiet to just chill and relaz by the pool or under the shade of the trees in the garden.
